1. The service
Scanbiz provides an automated SEO audit of a publicly accessible website. The result is a PDF report delivered by email in the language chosen at checkout. [Placeholder text — replace with your final legal wording.]
2. Ordering and payment
An order is placed by submitting the website address and email address and completing payment. The price shown at checkout includes VAT and is a one-time payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store card data.
3. Immediate performance
The audit starts immediately after payment. By ordering you explicitly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the report has been sent.
4. Delivery
Reports are normally delivered within 1 hour of payment. Delays may occur at peak times or if the target website responds slowly.
5. Refunds
If we cannot produce and deliver the report, you receive a full refund to the original payment method. After delivery the service is considered performed and is non-refundable.
6. Public websites only
Audits are performed on publicly accessible URLs only. Password-protected, internal, local or private-network addresses are not supported and will be rejected.
7. Liability
The report contains recommendations. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
